Experience with Amazon
Shopping on the Internet has become so easy and convenient that we prefer to buy items online rather than visiting the store. There are many benefits as the price online is way cheaper than the store, the delivery is free in some cases so money for the fuel is saved and more over, traffic jams are avoided, and also, now it has become alot safer than before. There are many online stores in the US and Canada, and that is where I shop frequently even though I live in Dubai. There arent many online stores in Dubai. I prefer not to ship my items using International shipping, instead ship it to my Aramex US P.O. Box, and they ship it to me here. Their service sucks, but there are not many choices available. But then why would I still prefer to buy alot of stuff online? That is because of Amazon. The service at Amazon is amazing. I have bought mousepad, mouse, xbox 360, games, hdmi and optical cables, controllers, and alot of other stuff from there and till now they havent disappointed me.
Their shipping is prompt with exact tracking information. Normally, during Christmas, shipping takes hell lot of time, and alot of pleading to do it fast. Amazon delivered a game for me in about 3 days to the destination.
Also, the server is secured and loads easily and very fast. I have never been over charged on the Amazon server for nothing, and the payment is deducted within minutes and then the order is prepared without any time waste. My experience with Xbox 360 was an eye opener for me. I was going to order my Xbox 360 from Bestbuy and I placed my order. For two days, the payment was not accepted and my order was still open. I sent 3 mails to them but didnot receive any reply. The same day, it was night in the US, I placed my order with Amazon.com, and within 5 minutes my order was placed and the next morning it was shipped. It was unbelievable as the Xbox 360 was delivered to the destination within 3 days. This was an eye opener as I dont like to be handing in mid-air when it is related to buying products online.
The customer service is excellent. I have always received the reply to my queries within 24 hours, no matter whenever the query has been placed. Even if it is a holiday, I have still gotten the answer which has made me satisfied. Also, the return of an Itemis so easy. All we need to do is, log on to their site, print a label, stick it on the packaging, and then send it back through any post office. The amount is returned including tax. Wow, they dont deduct tax amount. That was really surprising for me, as I thought they would not refund the tax amount.
Last but not the least, I have ordered several stuff online, and according to me Amazon is an amazing store to purchase online and have it delivered to your door step with just a few clicks of a button and a credit card number.
